Bedroom 2: with a 1.50cm double bed, premium viscoelastic mattress, and large exterior windows with plenty of light.
Living room: with a spectacular cotton fabric designer sofa, a 65-inch Smart TV, high-speed internet, and air conditioning.
Kitchen: Equipped with everything you need to prepare what you want. You will have a modern ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker at your disposal. Additionally, a toaster and electric kettle along with complete tableware and cutlery.
Bathroom: Perfect bathroom equipped with a shower, sink, and toilet. You will also find shampoo, shower gel, towels, and a hairdryer.
The apartment comes fully equipped with bedding, duvet, towel sets, etc.
The apartment is located in a very central and quiet building with exterior windows overlooking Calle San Bernardo, just one street away from Gran Vía. There is no elevator, but access via the stairs is very comfortable. Access is completely secure and autonomous—you will enter the accommodation safely and without keys, using a very convenient and efficient system.
